Screen Printing Process

Artwork can be generated from just about anything you have, an idea, a sketch on paper, to copying a buisness card. All artwork ends up in our computer, so digital formats are preferred. Especially Adobe Illustrator, or Corel Draw files. We donít generally charge an art fee for simple designs, minor tweeks, or for art ready to be outputted. However some instances where we create the design, or a massive clean up effort is needed we charge $30 an hour. A mock up is made and emailed for approval before we go to print.

We need to know the style/brand of apparel you like, as well as the sizes and quantities. Once these have been decided we can order the product in for printing.

3. A screen is madeYour Logo Here - Artwork
After the artwork is approved and the order has been placed. The artwork is then outputted as a positive, and burned onto a screen. The screen is the stencil that is used to get the logo onto the apparel. A screen is typically made for each color in your design. We charge a screen/set-up fee of $25 per screen made. If the order is over 24 pieces we give one free set-up. We wave additional screen fees based on the size of the order. Call for a quote!

Once the screens are made, they are setup and aligned on the press. After registration is achieved, a proof is printed to be double checked and ensure quality.

Orders are hand printed and inspected for quality. Once the orders are fully printed, the apparel is stacked and folded.
6. Pick up or deliveredYour Logo Here - Artwork
Orders are then boxed up and ready to be picked up or delivered. We offer free local delivery in the Portland Metro Area, or you can swing by and pick your order up if youíre in the neighborhood. Payment is due at the time when the order is received.

Additional Ordering Info We generally have a 2 week turnaround time. If you have a rush order or need a job done before 2 weeks, a rush charge may be applied.

Payment is due when you receive your order. First time customers maybe required to pay 50% up front. We accept cash, check and credit cards. We offer a discount when paying by cash or check due to the cost of credit card processing fees. You can expect to see 3 charges on a typical invoice.

We charge for the apparel with the printing on it. There is a charge for the screen setup. This covers our cost of making your custom screens, and set-up time. If you reorder we only charge a $5 resetup fee.(If the image remains exactly the same.) Some setup fees may be waved depending on the size of the order. An art charge may be applied depending on the amount of time it takes to get your image ready for print. We are pretty flexible on this and do our best to get your art ready for little to no charge. If other charges are applied due to the nature of your order, the will be fully explained by our sales staff.

We pride ourselves on great customer service, quality products, and LOW prices. We have very low overhead cost which allows us to beat a lot of competition on pricing. We will match any pricing by competing printers as well.
